This is a little script which tests just how badly a site / script / resource is set up; it sends through a request which is essentially rubbish to see if it gets a response or not.
it's simple to operate, just stick a URI in the query string for example: http://webr3.org/stuffed/?http://php.net/
note: this site is pretty much stuffed too as most of it is in PHP - going to build a lib to handle that!
